This course will explore approaches to the diagnosis, management, and prevention of common rhythm disorders. Mayo Clinic and guest faculty will share "pearls" to aid in the evaluation and assessment of patients with cardiac arrhythmias. Course highlights include a mini-symposium on What's New in Atrial Fibrillation; case management discussions that emphasize preferred treatment options, including pharmacologic approaches, utilization of medical devices, and catheter ablation; mini-symposium on congestive heart failure, interactive audience response system, and faculty debate.
